Whether it be short term or long term, we will screen for technical skills, interview, and conduct a briefing process before presenting you with the best selection of candidates.

Our agility comes from the ability to streamline and simplify tasks to avoid unnecessary complexity while increasing efficiency. We strive for a turn-around time of 24-48 hours for the delivery of candidate resumes. Our skilled contract workers will be ready to start within seven days from the date of request for proposal (RFP).

Our ultimate goal is to streamline the recruitment process for our clients. Because we take on the tedious, time-consuming process of recruiting and screening, the management team has more time and energy to focus on day-to-day operations.

We can also assist with permanent placement, at a flat rate fee of just 12% of the starting salary, one of the lowest in the staffing industry.

In conjunction with our Recruitment Operations, Decca has established a 7500 square foot training and skills development center. This facility is dedicated to the development of a variety of skills in various categories. Clients may utilize this space to conduct trade tests and evaluations.
